What the work involves
- Open and lock up the building
- Keep entrances, stairs and bins clean
- Report and fix small repairs
- Check fire doors, lights and alarms
Where: Offices, schools, residential blocks and managed buildings.
What you need
- Reliable and good with keys and alarms
- Basic handy skills
- Able to work alone
