Terms
The full terms for clients and for staff are being written by our solicitor. Until they are published, these points apply to every booking made through Shiftbay.

For clients
- You pay by bank transfer against an invoice. There is nothing to pay up front and no card is stored.
- Hours are taken from each worker’s clock-in and clock-out in the app at your address.
- The shortest shift is 4 hours. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are charged at the minimum shift.
- Rates include our fee. The rate you choose when you send a request is the rate on the invoice.

For staff
- Before your first shift you read and accept our Key Information Document in the app. It explains how you are employed and paid.
- You are paid every Friday through PAYE, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and shown on your payslip.
- You must have the right to work in the UK and keep your documents up to date.
